Available products may be selected according to capacitance, resistance, voltage, current, frequency, power rating, package type, temperature range, and environmental performance.

Depending on the component and manufacturer, qualified products may be available under standards such as MIL-PRF-19500 for semiconductor devices, MIL-PRF-38535 for integrated circuits, and applicable MIL-PRF requirements for capacitors and resistors. Additional options may include DLA Qualified Products List or Qualified Manufacturers List status, JANTX, JANTXV, or JANS reliability levels, AEC-Q qualifications, RoHS compliance, and REACH compliance.
